On September 25, the Yexiang Spring Water Plant, in accordance with the spirit of the “Notice from Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd. on Conducting a Comprehensive Discussion on Employees’ Individual Career Planning,” organized employees to exchange views and deliver speeches on the content of “Individual Career Planning” across four key areas: personal goals, job analysis, self-assessment, and leveraging one’s current position.

 

The discussion session was exceptionally lively, with all employees participating in a “relay” format to share their thoughts and perspectives. As they talked about their personal aspirations and future career plans, they also expressed hopeful expectations for the company’s future development. In particular, Factory Director Li Zhongwei, when encountering employees who were shy or hesitant to speak up, employed insightful questioning and guiding remarks to engage them in conversation, thereby easing their nervousness and ensuring that every employee had the opportunity to articulate their career goals or ideals during the exchange. At the same time, Director Li shared his own arduous work experience as if speaking from the heart of an elder brother, openly sharing it with all staff. He earnestly urged everyone to identify their own path forward, set realistic goals for themselves, earn the trust of others, start with small, everyday tasks, make incremental progress each day, and remember that steady accumulation leads to great achievements.

 

This discussion enabled employees to not only grasp the company’s vision for advancing individual career planning but also to reflect on their experiences, identify areas for improvement, leverage their strengths, diligently fulfill their responsibilities, enhance their professional skills, and align themselves with the company’s future growth trajectory—thereby forging a bright future through their own efforts.
