In response to the call issued by Liu Tianwei, Chairman of the Group Company, to launch a comprehensive discussion on employees’ individual career planning, the Sales Department of Yexiangquan held a discussion meeting on September 26, 2014, in a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere. Participants engaged in an extensive exchange of views on four key areas: self-assessment, job analysis, goal setting, and effectively performing one’s duties in accordance with one’s current position.
As the saying goes, “If principles are not explained, they remain unclear; if words are not clarified, they remain ambiguous.”
Through discussions on “self-assessment,” participants gained a deeper understanding of themselves, while sharing “personal experiences” further enhanced mutual understanding.
The discussion on “job analysis” also enabled everyone to gain a fresh understanding of their own roles, giving them clearer direction and greater confidence as they move forward with sales work.
Through the extensive discussion on “Setting Goals,” everyone has gained a clearer understanding of their own work objectives and life aspirations.
After the meeting, everyone agreed that this extensive discussion was highly beneficial, helping us not only to clarify our approach to work but also to better define our life paths. All participants felt that the initiative was absolutely necessary. They unanimously expressed their gratitude to Mr. Liu Tianwei, Chairman of the Group, for guiding them in aligning their thinking and mapping out their personal futures.
