On October 20, 2014, the Mengla Branch held a mobilization conference on the “Six Crackdowns and Six Rectifications” campaign and the inaugural special safety inspection work meeting.

 

In accordance with the “Notice of the General Office of the People’s Government of Xishuangbanna Prefecture on Issuing the Implementation Plan for the Special Campaign to Crack Down on Illegal and Non-Compliant Activities under the ‘Six Strikes and Six Rectifications’ Initiative” and the relevant requirements set forth in the Group Company’s documents, and taking into account the actual conditions of the Mengla Branch, we have proactively convened a mobilization conference to ensure that all employees engage in mutual supervision and collective improvement under the ‘Six Strikes and Six Rectifications’ initiative.

 

The meeting placed particular emphasis on operating with proper licenses, ensuring that all personnel are properly certified and qualified for their roles, and strictly prohibiting unlicensed operations. On this occasion, a comprehensive review of the operating qualifications of all liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) stations will be conducted, with proactive efforts made to obtain the necessary permits and certifications for high-quality customers. Drivers and escorts must carry their relevant job-specific credentials at all times for inspection, vehicle secondary maintenance and annual inspections must never be overdue, and routine maintenance and upkeep must be carried out in earnest—no mere formality is allowed. At the same time, all employees must firmly remember their job responsibilities and rigorously implement the post responsibility system.

 

Adhering to the principles of “safety first, prevention-oriented” and “the person in charge is responsible,” following the meeting, Branch Manager Piao Hua organized staff to conduct the first specialized “Six Crackdowns and Six Rectifications” safety inspection. The inspection covered branch outlets, warehouses, hazardous-materials trucks, and water-delivery vehicles, with each item examined systematically. Any issues identified were addressed on-site, and the individuals held accountable were subject to criticism and education.
