On April 22, 2015, in order to gain a better understanding of the operational and sales strategies for bottled water and small-bottle water, a five-member management team from Ye Xiang Quan, led by Banna Regional Manager Guo Li, visited Yunnan Dashan Beverage Co., Ltd. for an educational tour and study session.

 

During a symposium with Yunnan Dashan Beverage Co., Ltd., we learned that the company is a multinational bottled-water enterprise integrating product R&D, operations, sales, and customer service. Its “Yunnan Mountain Spring” product line is renowned both within and outside the province for being green, safe, and environmentally friendly, and has become the largest and most well-known brand in Yunnan’s industry. We also discovered that these achievements are inseparable from the company’s strong emphasis on corporate culture and team building, as reflected in its business philosophy: “The company’s destiny is determined by its products; the products’ destiny is determined by their quality; and the quality, in turn, depends on our employees.” This insight has provided us with valuable lessons and helped clarify our future direction. Through this learning and exchange, our knowledge base has been significantly broadened.

 

Finally, led by the Production Manager of Dashan Company, we toured the company’s production lines. The well-organized production environment, the collaboratively structured teams, and the warm corporate culture all left a deep impression on us. This experience underscored the inseparable link between technical skills and teamwork: while mastering one’s craft is essential, cultivating a strong sense of teamwork is equally important. Through this visit and learning opportunity, we gained a much clearer understanding of the role of enterprises, career planning, and personal development.
