Labor is the source of happiness and the fundamental driving force behind historical progress. The model workers who emerge through diligent labor are the pillars of the nation, the elite of the people, and role models for the entire population. The spirit of model workers, forged in relentless hard work, embodies both the national spirit and the spirit of our times, serving as a powerful impetus to inspire us to strive arduously and achieve even greater glory.

 

During a symposium with representatives of national model workers, General Secretary Xi Jinping highly commended the outstanding contributions of model workers in the revolutionary, construction, and reform periods, and called on all ethnic groups across the country to learn from them, take them as role models, and dedicate themselves through down-to-earth labor to the great cause of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

 

“Diligence leads to excellence; excellence stems from specialization.” As General Manager Liu has often reminded us, we should simplify complex tasks, approach simple tasks with meticulous care, repeat routine tasks with unwavering dedication, and infuse creativity into repetitive work. This is precisely the direction in which all our employees are striving together. We are deeply grateful to General Manager Liu for providing us with such a platform, enabling us to contribute our part to the development of the Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group during the limited years of our youth.
