Recently, Zhang Guihong, Deputy Director of the Group Company Office, together with Luo Zixue, Deputy Manager of the Finance Department at Yexiangquan Drinking Water Company, organized a training session for employees at the water plant on “Business Etiquette” and “Financial Management.” The purpose of this training was to enhance the overall competence of the water plant’s management team. During the session, Deputy Director Zhang Guihong provided detailed guidance on key considerations for “meeting arrangements,” “dining arrangements,” “transportation arrangements,” and “group photo sessions,” using a relaxed and flexible approach and drawing on real-life examples to help participants quickly and effectively absorb the training content.

 

 

Luo Zixue, Deputy Manager of the Finance Department at Yexiangquan Drinking Water Company, delivered a clear and concise presentation on financial management and cost accounting using slides. The session covered key financial concepts relevant to water treatment plants, with the primary objectives of enhancing department heads’ awareness of cost management through cost control and accounting practices, integrating theory with real-world applications, and further unlocking the company’s profit potential.
