Recently, Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd. hosted a specialized training course on corporate archives management. More than 30 participants, including heads of various departments and branches as well as archives administrators, attended the training.

During the training session, the head of archives management at the Group’s Office drew on their own practical experience in archives management to discuss the importance of archives management, best practices for standardizing archives management, and effective methods for collecting and organizing archives, thereby outlining strategies and approaches for enhancing an organization’s overall archives management capabilities. The speaker also engaged in interactive discussions with participants, conducting a detailed analysis of the actual challenges faced in managing official documents and safety-production archives, and proposing concrete solutions to address these issues.

According to reports, Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd. is conducting specialized training on archival management with the aim of further strengthening the company’s archival management, establishing and improving its archival management system, enhancing the overall competence, professional technical skills, and operational capabilities of archival personnel, and advancing the scientific, standardized, and information-based development of the company’s archival management.
