In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, revisit the Party’s glorious history, interpret its policies and guiding principles, further accelerate the transformation, development, and upgrading of non-public enterprises in Xishuangbanna Prefecture, enhance the ideals and convictions of individuals in the non-public sector, and promote the healthy and rapid development of enterprises, the “Learning Wisdom from the Party” program was held at the Party School of the Xishuangbanna Prefectural Committee from August 21 to 22. The event was co-organized by the Xishuangbanna Prefectural Federation of Industry and Commerce, the United Front Work Department of the Xishuangbanna Prefectural Committee, and the Party School of the Xishuangbanna Prefectural Committee, and undertaken by Yunnan Sibada Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. and Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd. Quan Jine, Chairman of the Xishuangbanna Prefectural Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Dao Fuxiang, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Federation, attended the event. A total of more than 310 participants, including representatives from the Xishuangbanna Prefectural Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Jinghong City Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Mengla County Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Menghai County Federation of Industry and Commerce, as well as relevant chambers of commerce and associations in Xishuangbanna Prefecture, took part in the conference.

The training program invited Mr. Wang Zhidong, an entrepreneur trainer from Sibada Group’s Husheng Company and the principal lecturer for “Learning Wisdom from the Party,” to deliver the keynote address. Drawing on the Party’s history of development, its fine traditions, its inspiring ideologies, and its efforts in ideological, organizational, and conduct-building, Mr. Wang provided a focused analysis and facilitated interactive discussions with the entrepreneurs. Through this training, the entrepreneurs broadened their horizons, enhanced their overall competence, gained a deeper understanding of the essence of the Party’s wisdom, and developed a clearer grasp of how to manage their businesses effectively. They are now better equipped to make new contributions to the great cause of building a safe, harmonious, and happy Xishuangbanna, and to advancing the Chinese Dream, the corporate dream, and the employees’ dream by offering their wisdom and strength.
