Xishuangbanna Wild Elephant Spring Drinking Water Jinghong Branch Holds a Staff Business Knowledge Exchange Meeting
To enhance employees’ business knowledge and skills and strengthen their service orientation, on August 22, staff from the Jinghong Branch of Xishuangbanna Wild Elephant Spring Drinking Water and the Customer Service Center held a business knowledge exchange meeting at the Jinghong Branch office, with a total of 46 participants.
At the meeting, Chen Rui, head of the Group’s Safety Storage and Transportation Department, began by reading out the exemplary deeds of Comrade Wu Bin, China’s “Most Beautiful Driver,” and urged everyone to learn from his professional ethics—his dedication to his post and his steadfast commitment to even the most ordinary job. He also reminded attendees of key precautions for driving in rainy weather and provided instruction on maintenance of microvans, as well as on the relationship between vehicle speed and braking distance—essential traffic safety knowledge. Following this, Guo Li, Manager of the Wild Elephant Spring Jinghong Branch, engaged store managers, water delivery personnel, drivers, and customer service center staff in a lively discussion through on-site Q&A sessions. Questions covered topics such as the recycling bin management system, service etiquette standards, and standardized procedures for water delivery services. As participants answered, they also shared their work experiences with one another, thereby enhancing their professional knowledge and deepening mutual understanding among employees. The atmosphere at the event was relaxed and energetic.
The purpose of this exchange meeting is to enhance employees’ professional knowledge and standardize their service etiquette, thereby encouraging all staff to excel in their respective roles, demonstrate dedication and professionalism, deliver high-quality service, and continuously strive for excellence.
