Recently, the Office of Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd. convened a preparatory meeting for the 2014 Annual Work Summary and Advanced Commendation Conference. Office staff exchanged views and suggestions on how to build upon and carry forward the Group’s past conference practices while introducing innovative approaches, putting forward numerous valuable ideas and recommendations. The meeting also discussed specific details such as the proposed date and venue, the list of attendees, the conference agenda, and the division of responsibilities among staff, and set forth requirements and assigned tasks to ensure the Office’s effective preparation for all aspects of the annual conference.

 

The convening of the office’s annual conference preparatory meeting has laid a solid foundation for the group company to advance all aspects of the annual conference in a scientific, rational, and orderly manner.
