On October 30, the Organization Department of the CPC Xishuangbanna Prefecture Committee and the Party Committee of the Xishuangbanna Tourism and Resort Zone Management Committee jointly conducted a field study at Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd. to examine the work of building primary-level Party organizations.

 

Accompanied by Zhang Yanhong, Vice Chairperson of the Board and Party Branch Secretary of Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd., the research delegation visited various departments and offices of the company’s headquarters, as well as the Party members’ activity room, Party members’ study room, staff library, staff learning corner, and corporate culture corridor. The delegation then convened a symposium to conduct an in-depth inquiry into the company’s production, operations, and development, as well as the status of grassroots Party organization building. Following the on-site inspection and briefings, the research team emphasized that the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee has successfully concluded, and urged thorough study and implementation of the spirit of the session, effective execution of all fundamental tasks at the grassroots level, and comprehensive advancement of grassroots Party organization building. It also stressed the need to comprehensively advance law-based governance of the Party, the country, and enterprises.

 

Zhang Yanhong, Vice Chairperson and Party Branch Secretary of Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd., expressed her gratitude to the research delegation for their recognition of the Party branch’s work. She emphasized that the Party branch will take this leadership inspection as an opportunity to earnestly study and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, further consolidate and expand the achievements of the Party’s mass-line education and practice campaign, strengthen enterprise management in accordance with Party discipline and state laws, deepen the development of grassroots service-oriented Party organizations, enhance leadership team building, and strive to improve the cohesion and combat effectiveness of grassroots Party organizations, thereby providing a robust organizational guarantee for accelerating the development of the company into a modern enterprise group.
