After a year-long search and selection process, the results of the “Most Beautiful Frontline Employees” award at Banna Petrochemical Group were recently announced. Thirty-seven employees—including Yang Chao, the “Most Beautiful Gas Delivery Worker”; Zhou Bangwen, the “Most Beautiful Water Delivery Worker”; Fei Qiangong, the “Most Beautiful Driver”; and Xie Jiarui, the “Most Beautiful Customer Service Representative”—took center stage as the stars of the event, earning widespread praise throughout the group. On December 20, Banna Petrochemical Group held its 2014 Annual Work Summary and Advanced Commendation Conference, at which the 37 selected employees were solemnly honored and awarded more than RMB 200,000 in bonuses.

“Seek the most beautiful scenes on the production front line, and recognize the brightest stars in employees’ hearts.” This selection campaign has generated a strong response across all departments and subsidiaries of the Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group. By combining organizational recommendations with proactive outreach by publicity officers, the initiative has thoroughly uncovered the exemplary stories of outstanding employees who are deeply rooted in the front lines and dedicated to grassroots work. It highlights their personal growth journeys, showcases their remarkable achievements and professional demeanor, and underscores the spirit of unwavering dedication and quiet service that defines frontline workers. At the same time, it seeks to identify the corporate cultural values embedded in these “most beautiful” role models, amplifies the positive voices from the front lines, and shares inspiring stories of ordinary employees.
