From November 26 to 27, Zhang Yanhong, Vice Chairperson of Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd., led teams from the Group’s Office and Finance Department on a fact-finding mission to the Jinghong Branch of Yexiangquan Drinking Water Co., Ltd.—a wholly owned subsidiary of the Group—and to the Sales Department.

 

 

 

This research initiative was conducted through a combination of briefing sessions, on-site inspections, employee roundtable discussions, and consolidated feedback sessions, with the aim of gaining a comprehensive understanding of frontline staff opinions and suggestions regarding Yexiangquan Drinking Water Co., Ltd.’s upcoming initiatives to “shift development models, adjust the industrial structure, ensure stable growth, reduce costs, and enhance profitability.”

Following the field investigation, Vice Chairwoman Zhang Yanhong issued clear directives: First, all employees must cultivate a strong sense of the bigger picture and adopt an owner’s mindset, making every possible effort to reduce production, operational, and management costs. Second, we must strengthen management, enhance service quality, and ensure the safe and stable year-round operation of all business activities at Wild Elephant Spring Drinking Water Co., Ltd., while maintaining product quality to provide consumers with healthy, reliable drinking water. Third, we must reinforce unity, lead our team effectively, focus on current priorities, formulate plans for the company’s long-term development, carry out comprehensive management improvements, and fully accomplish all work tasks for 2014 at Wild Elephant Spring Drinking Water Co., Ltd.
