Recently, the Trade Union of Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group was awarded the title of “National Model Workers’ Home” by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions. The “National Model Workers’ Home” designation is conferred by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, The selection is conducted every five years. Since its establishment in 2003, the Trade Union of Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group has adhered to the working principle of “focusing on the central tasks and serving the overall situation.” Diligently implement the trade union’s overall work plan, Fully leverage the four functions of trade unions: participation, safeguarding, development, and education.
