Xishuangbanna Tourism and Resort Area Commemoration of the 97th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China and the “July 1” Commendation Conference

On the morning of June 30, the Xishuangbanna Tourism and Resort Area held a conference to commemorate the 97th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and to recognize outstanding individuals on the occasion of “July 1” in the fourth-floor conference room of the Xishuangbanna Tourism and Resort Area Administrative Committee.

The Party Branch of Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group has once again been awarded the title of “Advanced Primary-Level Party Organization” by the Party Committee of the Xishuangbanna Tourism and Resort Zone Management Committee. Wang Jinzheng, Deputy General Manager and Chairman of the Trade Union of the Group, attended the meeting and accepted the honor on behalf of the Group’s Party Branch, while Zhang Yanhong, Secretary of the Group’s Party Branch, was named an “Outstanding Party Affairs Worker.”

 

 

Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group Party Branch Implements Multiple Measures to Celebrate the 97th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China

On the occasion of the 97th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, in order to carry forward the Party’s glorious traditions, strengthen ideological and practical awareness in implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the CPC, and further inspire grassroots Party organizations and the broad membership to embrace a stronger sense of responsibility and mission in their work and entrepreneurship, the Party branch of Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group has recently organized a series of diverse and enriching activities to celebrate the 97th anniversary of the Party’s founding.

— Conduct volunteer activities to enhance environmental awareness and foster teamwork.

On the morning of June 23, the Party branch of the Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group organized its members to carry out an environmental protection volunteer activity along the banks of the Lancang River, under the theme “Let’s Join Hands to Protect Our Mother River,” during which they cleaned up litter and worked to safeguard the Lancang River as our “mother river.”

On the morning of June 28, the Party branch of Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group organized a delegation of Party members to visit the Party Committee of Menghai Tea Factory, where they held an exchange and symposium on grassroots Party building work and jointly explored new ideas and approaches for advancing such work in the new context. The exchange activity was warmly welcomed by leaders including Yang Qingsheng, Secretary of the Party Committee of Menghai Tea Factory, and Lei Shuangshi, Chairman of the Trade Union.

During the symposium, the two sides engaged in in-depth exchanges and discussions on the actual conditions of their respective Party-building work. First, each side provided an overview of its Party branch, highlighting its key features, achievements, and valuable experiences. Subsequently, Party affairs staff from both sides shared their experiences in implementing the “Two Studies, One Action” study campaign, organizing themed Party Day activities, maintaining Party branch work records, and conducting the “Three Meetings and One Lesson” system. They also examined and discussed the shortcomings and weak links in their work, identifying areas for improvement through mutual comparison and learning. This exchange not only yielded practical gains from study and enhanced performance through interaction but also broadened perspectives through reflection, thereby achieving the desired outcomes of mutual improvement and common progress. Ultimately, these efforts provide a robust political guarantee and strong spiritual impetus for the enterprise’s reform and development.

Following the symposium, a delegation of Party members from the Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group visited the Dayi Estate to reflect on the history of the Expeditionary Force and revisit the red heritage. All Party members and cadres have been intellectually inspired and spiritually purified, further strengthening their sense of historical responsibility and mission, consolidating their ideals and convictions, and pledging to devote themselves to their work with even greater enthusiasm and a more vigorous spirit.

—— Ahead of the July 1st Party Founding Day, leaders of the Prefecture Federation of Trade Unions visited and extended condolences to employees facing financial hardship at various enterprises.

On the morning of June 30, in the run-up to the July 1st Party Founding Day, Tian Li, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Executive Vice Chairman of the Xishuangbanna Prefecture Federation of Trade Unions, accompanied by Wang Jinzheng, Deputy General Manager and Union Chairman of the Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group, visited and extended condolences to three employees facing difficulties: Zhang Junrong from the Group’s New Energy Development Department, Dao Yongwei from the Yexiangquan Jinghong Branch, and Li Wenbiao from the Yexiangquan Water Plant. During the visits, they learned about the employees’ living conditions, work situations, family circumstances, as well as their challenges and needs, and presented them with care packages and monetary condolences to encourage them to maintain confidence in overcoming their difficulties.
