Public Notice of the Proposed Appointment of Nine Comrades, Including Chen Suozhu
To all departments (offices), branches, and subsidiaries of the Group:
In order to comprehensively advance the company’s deepening reform, implement all relevant decisions and arrangements, fully leverage the pivotal role of talent in reform and development, and establish a long-term mechanism for talent cultivation, selection, and appointment, and in accordance with the spirit of the Group Company’s “Notice on Conducting Competitive Recruitment for Mid-Level Management Positions” and the Group Company’s “Administrative Measures for the Selection and Appointment of Mid-Level Managers” and other related documents, we hereby publicly announce the proposed appointments of nine comrades, including Chen Suozhu:
Chen Suozhu Male, Han ethnicity, born in September 1988, member of the Communist Party of China, holds a junior college degree. Began working in September 2010 and joined the company in July 2014. Has successively served as Station Director of the Storage and Distribution Station and Manager of the Jinghong Branch.
Upon review, this comrade is proposed for appointment as the Director of the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Storage and Distribution Station.
He Guotong Male, Dai ethnicity, born in October 1991, member of the Communist Party of China, holds a junior college degree. He began working in September 2011 and joined the company in June 2016. He currently serves as Assistant Manager of the Menghai Branch.
After deliberation, it is proposed that this comrade be appointed as Deputy Manager of the Menghai Branch (in charge of daily operations).
Li Yangdong Male, Han ethnicity, born in September 1979, holds a junior college degree. Began working in August 2000 and joined the company in May 2013.
Research and Development Upon review, this comrade is proposed for appointment as Deputy Manager of the New Energy Development Department.
Chen Rui Male, Han ethnicity, born in January 1976, holds a junior college degree. Began working in August 1997 and joined the company in January 2009. Has successively held the positions of Deputy Manager of the Safety and Storage & Transportation Department of the Group Company’s General Office and Deputy Station Director of the Liquefied Gas Storage and Distribution Station.
After deliberation, it is proposed that this comrade be appointed as Deputy Manager of the Jinghong Branch.
Yang Peihua Male, Han ethnicity, born in October 1973, holds a junior college degree. Began working in September 1997 and joined the company in November 2015.
After deliberation, it is proposed that this comrade be appointed as Deputy Manager of the Jinghong Branch.
Dao Zhenhua Male, Dai ethnicity, born in December 1989, holds a bachelor’s degree, began working in July 2013, and joined the company in June 2016.
After deliberation, it is proposed that this comrade be appointed as Deputy Manager of the Jinghong Branch, in charge of the Gas Association’s work.
Yang Hong Female, Han ethnicity, born in June 1992, holds a bachelor’s degree. She began working in January 2013 and joined the company in May 2016. She currently serves as Assistant Manager of the Mengla Branch.
After deliberation, it is proposed that this comrade be appointed as Deputy Manager of the Mengla Branch.
Yang Boyu Male, Bai ethnicity, born in November 1985, holds a bachelor’s degree. Began working in July 2009 and joined the company in August 2019.
After deliberation, it is proposed that this comrade be appointed as Deputy Manager of the Mengla Branch.
Li Jinwei Male, Mongolian ethnicity, born in October 1988, holds a bachelor’s degree, began working in July 2010, and joined the company in August 2019.
After deliberation, it is proposed that this comrade be appointed as Deputy Manager of the Menghai Branch.
The public notice period runs from January 2, 2020, to January 8, 2020 (excluding statutory holidays).
