At the dawn of the New Year, all things are renewed. On the afternoon of January 10, 2020, the Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group held a ceremony in its conference room to announce the appointment of managerial personnel for 2020 and to sign the Target Responsibility Agreements. Leaders of the Group, newly appointed managers, and employee representatives attended the meeting.

The conference commenced with the solemn and dignified playing of the national anthem, which was sung in unison by all attendees.

At the meeting, Zhang Yanhong, Secretary of the Party Branch of the Group Company, read out the appointment notice for management personnel.

 

Liu Tianwei, Chairman of the Group Company, presented appointment letters one by one to the 12 newly appointed managers.

Subsequently, under the supervision of Wang Jinzheng, Chairman of the Group Company’s Trade Union, and in the presence of group company leaders and employee representatives, Zhang Yanhong, Secretary of the Group Company’s Party Branch, led the 12 newly appointed managers in taking a solemn oath before the national flag and the company flag.

The oath-taking ceremony was solemn and dignified, with a pledge that inspired and motivated all present. The entire appointment and oath-taking ceremony was solemn and grand, imbued with a strong sense of ritual and accomplishment, as well as a profound sense of responsibility and mission, thereby underscoring the Group’s overarching reform agenda of comprehensively deepening organizational restructuring and strengthening its cadre development.

This appointment and oath-taking ceremony for managerial personnel represents a key step in the Group’s comprehensive deepening of reform, specifically in the implementation of organizational and personnel reforms, and will henceforth serve as an important procedure for the appointment and assumption of office of mid- and senior-level managers within the Group. It aims to strengthen the sense of mission and responsibility among the group’s mid- and senior-level managers, while also serving as an important component of corporate culture and team building.

Subsequently, in the presence of the Group’s leadership and employees, the Chairman of the Group signed the 2020 Annual Responsibility Agreements on Work Safety and Business Management with the heads of all departments.

 

Liu Tianwei, Chairman of the Group Company, signed the 2020 Safety Production and Business Performance Responsibility Agreements with the heads of all departments.

 

The Party branch secretary of the group company has signed “Dual Responsibility for One Position” accountability agreements on integrity in professional conduct with each department.

Chen Suozhu, the representative of the newly appointed management personnel, delivered a speech.
