On November 9, Zhang Yanhong, Secretary of the Party Branch and Deputy General Manager of Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group, together with Deputy General Manager Lin Gang, led representatives from the Group’s Office and Finance Department to the Jinghong Branch of the Liquefied Gas Company to visit and extend condolences to frontline employees. Upon learning that employee Su Liliang, who had been facing financial difficulties, now earns more than RMB 4,500 per month in gas-delivery wages thanks to the company’s support—along with the company’s contributions to his five social insurances and one housing fund—and that the company had also helped him obtain an income certificate enabling him to secure a bank loan to purchase a new home, which is currently under renovation, Secretary Zhang Yanhong expressed great satisfaction and urged Su Liliang to be sure to visit his new home.

The newly purchased home of gas delivery employee Su Liliang is located in the Jinxiang Bay Residential Community in the Damanmo area of Jinghong City. Inside the new house, renovation workers are busily and systematically carrying out construction, while Secretary Zhang Yanhong, guided by Su Liliang, carefully inspects the living room, bedrooms, balcony, and kitchen one by one. Reflecting on the past—when Su Liliang’s family of four squeezed into a rented apartment of just over 30 square meters—their current situation is markedly different: thanks to his hard work, he has now acquired a 140-square-meter home with three bedrooms, two living rooms, a kitchen, and two bathrooms. Secretary Zhang Yanhong wore a knowing smile and urged Su Liliang to continue working diligently, fulfilling his responsibilities at work, within his family, and in society through his own labor. In response, Su Liliang pledged to perform his duties conscientiously and live up to the expectations of his leaders.
