Wild Elephant Spring Drinking Water Jinghong Branch Conducts Training on Telephone Etiquette for Store Managers
In the corporate environment, telephone communication serves as the frontline for both internal and external interactions; answering and making calls directly reflects the company’s image and has a direct impact on customer satisfaction. On the evening of October 31, the Jinghong Branch of Yexiangquan organized a training session on telephone etiquette for store managers from all its outlets.
The training focused on two main areas: telephone calling etiquette and telephone answering etiquette. Tao Na, supervisor at the Jinghong branch of Yexiangquan, provided detailed instruction to store managers on topics such as selecting appropriate call times, using polite opening remarks, conveying emotions through tone of voice, employing courteous closing phrases, and mastering appropriate opening and closing lines for answering calls. In addition to the formal training, store managers engaged in discussions based on their daily work experiences, sharing insights and learning from one another about common challenges they encounter when making and receiving calls.
Answering and making phone calls may seem like a minor detail that is easily overlooked in a business, yet such seemingly insignificant details can often have a profound negative impact on the company—and their importance cannot be overstated. This training program aims to further enhance the company’s external image and the personal professional ethics of store managers, thereby increasing customer satisfaction with the company.
