In active response to the Group Company Document No. 46 issued on November 25, 2014 “Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd. Regarding the Selection of” “Notice on the 2014 Harmonious Team and Most Beautiful Employee Awards,” which aims to further boost the work enthusiasm of frontline employees, set exemplary role models among staff, recognize outstanding individuals, and motivate underperforming employees. On November 28, the Jinghong Branch of Yexiangquan Drinking Water organized a “Most Beautiful Employee” selection event involving 46 employees.

The selection process is conducted in strict accordance with the principles of openness, fairness, impartiality, democracy, and a focus on grassroots and front-line employees, employing a named-vote system that allows both self-nominations and nominations by others. The evaluation comprehensively takes into account employees’ daily work performance, professional ethics, work attitude, and job achievements.

This event was a complete success, with three outstanding employees, one “Most Beautiful Driver,” one “Most Beautiful Water Delivery Driver,” and one “Most Beautiful Call Center Operator” being recognized. The results will be publicly posted for two days to invite employee oversight, ensuring the integrity and timeliness of the selection process.
