On the morning of February 11, an inspection team comprising Liu Rong, General Manager of the Group’s Bottled LPG Sales Company; Xie Sujie, Deputy Manager of the Finance Department; Zhang Guihong, Deputy Director of the Office; and Chen Rui, Deputy Manager of the Safety Storage and Transportation Department, conducted a pre-Spring Festival safety inspection at the water plant.

 

 

 

This inspection focused on the water plant’s air-compressor room, the mechanical and electrical equipment in the workshops, and the transport vehicles, with the aim of enhancing workers’ safety awareness across all production processes and strengthening the sense of responsibility among management personnel during holidays. A comprehensive inspection of the water plant was thus carried out. After listening to a series of work reports from Plant Manager Li Zhongwei, the inspection team personally visited the workshops for on-site inspections. The team expressed full recognition of the water plant’s safe-production efforts, which are specifically reflected in the following three aspects:

First, the plant’s leadership demonstrates a strong commitment to workplace safety, and comprehensive safety training is provided to all employees, ensuring that every employee is aware of the importance of personnel safety, product safety, and equipment safety, with safety consistently prioritized by everyone.

Second, employees throughout the plant demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility for product quality; after all, quality is the lifeblood of the enterprise. With this mindset, every worker in their respective roles approaches their duties with meticulous care and unwavering dedication, rigorously ensuring that quality standards are met at every stage.

Third, with regard to transport vehicles, we must ensure that no vehicle is allowed to operate while “sick”—adhering to the principle of “treat any defects first”—to guarantee the proper functioning of each vehicle’s braking system, steering system, hydraulic systems, and overall mechanical performance.

Fourth, the plant area is fully equipped with fire-fighting equipment and facilities; emergency response training for operating personnel is comprehensive; thermal management measures for machinery and electrical circuits are well implemented; and fire-extinguishing equipment is properly positioned.

 

 

 

This inspection has enabled us to joyfully recognize the progress and achievements made in our daily operations, thereby bolstering the confidence and vitality of all employees across the plant. To this end, we will continue to strive diligently and work tirelessly to achieve the goals of “safety, stability, and efficiency.”
