On the morning of September 4, the Menghai County Housing and Urban–Rural Development Bureau took the lead in organizing a joint inspection involving the County Safety Supervision Bureau, the County Administration for Industry and Commerce, and the County Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau. Deputy Director Fu Kaiming of the Menghai County Housing and Urban–Rural Development Bureau and his delegation conducted an in-depth safety inspection and guidance visit at the Menghai Branch of the Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group, with a particular focus on the implementation of safety operating procedures, safety management systems, and the requirement that all personnel work with valid certifications, as well as the inspection of liquefied petroleum gas cylinders currently in use. During the inspection, Deputy Director Fu Kaiming emphasized the importance of operating with proper licenses and strengthening the safety management of gas cylinders.
