In accordance with the spirit of the speech delivered by Liu Tianwei, Chairman of the Group Company, at the mid-level management meeting on September 1—titled “On Launching a Comprehensive Discussion on Individual Career Planning for Enterprise Employees”—from September 10 to 24, all employees of the Group Company’s New Energy Development Department engaged in an extensive discussion, grounded in their respective job responsibilities and practical work realities. Liu Rong, the manager in charge of liquefied gas at the Group Company, attended the meeting, conveyed the leadership’s remarks and the guiding principles outlined in the relevant documents, and encouraged all participants to actively share their views based on their specific roles.

    

Employees from the New Energy Development Department each delivered remarks, drawing on their respective roles, professional skills, and personal experiences in study and daily life, while grounding their discussions in the present and looking ahead. The meeting was marked by a lively and engaging atmosphere, with the entire brainstorming session lasting three hours. Through this initiative, employees gained a clearer understanding of the company’s strategic plans for development, strengthened their confidence in their work, enhanced their sense of ownership and responsibility toward the enterprise, and defined their own career goals.
