On the evening of October 24, the Jinghong Branch of Xishuangbanna Wild Elephant Spring Drinking Water held its third-quarter safety award assessment meeting. Drivers Liu Ming’an, Li Qiang, Li Yanhui, and Zhou Bin were awarded the third-quarter safety prize, with each receiving a cash reward of RMB 600 from the group company.

 

At the meeting, Chen Rui, head of the Safety and Storage Department of the Group Company, shared his insights and experiences based on many years of professional practice: Whether safe driving can be achieved bears directly on the safety of both company assets and personal well-being, impacts social harmony and stability, and affects family happiness. Therefore, drivers must cultivate a strong sense of social responsibility and always keep the safety of company property and their own lives at the forefront of their minds. They should firmly uphold the principle of “safety first,” maintain a calm and clear head at all times, and take proactive measures to prevent accidents in every situation. He outlined five key points: first, cultivating a robust sense of responsibility is an essential prerequisite for safe driving; second, strict compliance with laws and regulations at all times forms an important foundation for safe driving; third, mastering driving skills is an intrinsic requirement for ensuring safe driving; fourth, developing good driving habits is an objective necessity for achieving safe driving; and fifth, meticulous vehicle maintenance is a reliable guarantee of safe driving. He also encouraged all drivers to continue striving for excellence, identify and address any shortcomings, and endeavor to receive the safety award each quarter.

 

The meeting also made arrangements and deployments for the recent work of the Jinghong Branch.
