“When it comes to fire extinguishers, Invert the cylinder several times to loosen the dry powder inside. “Then remove the lead seal, pull out the safety pin, hold the nozzle in your left hand and the handle in your right; at a distance of two meters from the flame, firmly press down on the handle with your right hand while swinging the nozzle back and forth with your left, directing the dry powder spray to cover the burning area until the fire is completely extinguished,” said Wu Jianlin, Deputy Manager of the branch company. A detailed briefing on the operating procedures for fire extinguishers was provided to all employees, who listened attentively and then participated in a hands-on fire-extinguishing drill. Following the event, employees unanimously expressed that the safety and emergency response drill had been highly beneficial, as it not only enhanced their proficiency in using firefighting equipment but also deepened their understanding of the critical importance of fire safety.
