On June 18, Yunnan Sibada Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. and Ruili Daiwang Food Co., Ltd. visited Banna Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd. for an exchange and study visit.

 

 

Mr. Liu Tianwei, Chairman of the Company, extended a warm welcome to the visitors and accompanied them on a tour of the Yexiangquan Drinking Water Production Base. During the visit, the guests gained a thorough understanding and observed in detail the production processes, product quality, and manufacturing procedures of Yexiangquan drinking water.

 

 

At 8 p.m., guests and the company’s mid- to senior-level management team, along with a select group of employees, gathered in the company’s second-floor conference room for a mutual learning and exchange session. The guests addressed each of the questions and concerns raised by the employees one by one, and sincerely shared their own entrepreneurial journeys and professional insights. Throughout the session, employees adopted an attitude that identifying problems is key, while solving them is the ultimate goal, fostering a spirit of mutual learning, collaborative improvement, and shared growth.
