On the afternoon of July 18, the Office of the Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group convened a business knowledge exchange and learning session for both new and veteran employees in the third-floor conference room of the Group headquarters.

The meeting centered on studying, exchanging ideas, and discussing “How to Perform Office Work Effectively in the New Era.” Senior office staff drew on their many years of experience, drawing widely from diverse sources and presenting complex concepts in clear, accessible terms. Starting with the office’s core mission—“alleviating leaders’ burdens and serving employees”—the discussion covered several specific topics: a deeper understanding of the importance of office work; the balance between adhering to established practices and fostering innovation; the new circumstances and characteristics confronting office work in the current era; and fresh reflections on how to excel in office duties. Particular emphasis was placed on the critical role of execution in office operations.

During the meeting, the office’s new employees also shared their thoughts on “how to quickly integrate into the company’s corporate culture and get up to speed at work.”
