The year 2014 was a pivotal year for Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd. in advancing management standards, reducing costs and increasing efficiency, and comprehensively promoting refined management. To further institutionalize, standardize, and scientize the company’s human resources management, on August 9, the Group held a competitive recruitment and appointment ceremony for administrative assistants in the second-floor conference room of its headquarters.

This public competitive recruitment process comprises five key assessment components: a presentation on the position being competed for; assessments of proficiency in handling Party and government official documents, human resource management, and corporate culture; on-site writing based on assigned topics; practical computer skills testing; and a comprehensive evaluation that takes into account candidates’ educational background, professional expertise, and demonstrated job performance. Through these components, candidates are comprehensively evaluated with respect to their sense of responsibility, professional competence, and execution capability.
