Xishuangbanna Prefecture’s First Micro-Marketing Group Established
On March 29, 2014, Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd. officially established a WeChat Marketing Leadership Group, marking the formal launch of the first enterprise-level WeChat marketing team in Xishuangbanna Prefecture.

At the meeting, Dao Fuxiang, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Federation of Industry and Commerce of Xishuangbanna Prefecture, delivered a speech, congratulating the establishment of the Micro-Marketing Leading Group and delivering an important address. He pointed out that, under the guidance of the Federation of Industry and Commerce of Xishuangbanna Prefecture and through the concerted efforts of all employees of Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group, the Micro-Marketing Leading Group of Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group has been officially established. This marks the entry of micro-marketing among enterprises in Xishuangbanna Prefecture into a new stage of development characterized by “organization, informationization, and standardization,” injecting fresh momentum into the growth of local enterprises and representing a milestone achievement for their healthy and sustainable development.


The conference elected the organizational structure of the Micro-Marketing Leadership Group of Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd., and unanimously appointed Liu Tianwei, Chairman of the Group, as the Group Leader; Chen Chuanliang as the Executive Deputy Leader; Guo Li as the New Media Director; Ma Zifei and Li Yangdong as Community Directors; and Lei Guocheng and Zhang Guihong as Conference and Training Directors. The meeting also decided to appoint Zhang Yanhong, Vice Chairwoman of the Group, as the Chief Supervisor, and to engage Ms. Zhao Shuming, Director of the E-Commerce Project at the China Retail Research Center of the Institute for Private Economy Studies at Peking University and Chief E-Commerce Consultant, as the Chief Advisor.


In his address, Liu Tianwei, Chairman of Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group and Head of the Micro-Marketing Leading Group, outlined three key strategic directions for the group’s future development: first, to seize opportunities and leverage micro-marketing tools to propel the company’s industrial economic growth to a new height; second, to fully harness the service-oriented functions of micro-marketing and strive to become “a supportive partner to the government, a helpful ally to enterprises, and a driving force for industrial development”; and third, to strengthen internal capacity-building so that micro-marketing can be swiftly implemented, take root, and flourish within the group, thereby delivering a satisfactory outcome in leading the transformation and upgrading of the local industrial economy.
