Practical, effective and practical

 

Recently, the Trade Union of Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd., together with representatives from the Group’s Office and Finance Department, visited Xishuangbanna Prefecture Hospital to extend heartfelt condolences and care to the families of employees who have been hospitalized due to illness. The union presented a condolence payment of RMB 500 to each affected family, conveying the leadership and trade union’s sincere concern and warmth. The gesture deeply touched the families of the hospitalized employees.

 

At the hospital, members of the company’s trade union held cordial conversations with the families and caregivers of hospitalized employees, carefully inquiring about the patients’ conditions, gaining a thorough understanding of their medical status, urging them to cooperate fully with treatment, and offering encouragement to help them overcome their illness and regain their health at an early date.

 

Over the years, the trade union of Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group has consistently organized union committee members to visit and offer condolences to any employee who falls ill and is hospitalized, while also doing everything within its power to help them overcome their difficulties based on their specific circumstances. The union’s care has enabled the families of sick employees and the employees themselves to feel the warmth of the “Employees’ Home” and to experience the heartfelt camaraderie of the Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group as one big family, thereby strengthening team cohesion and promoting the healthy and harmonious development of the enterprise.
