On February 7, the mid-level management training program of Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd. was officially inaugurated in the company’s second-floor conference room. A total of 34 mid-level managers and headquarters staff from various departments, branches, and subsidiaries of the group participated in the two-day training course. Liu Tianwei, Chairman of the Board, and Zhang Yanhong, Vice Chairwoman, attended both the opening and closing ceremonies of the program and personally delivered lectures to all participants.

 

 

 

The purpose of organizing this training program is to further advance the development of a learning-oriented enterprise by conducting training for middle-level managers, thereby comprehensively enhancing their overall competencies.

　　 At the opening ceremony, Zhang Yanhong, Vice Chairperson of the Group, stated that the Group had made a firm decision to organize this training program in a concentrated manner. She urged all participants to view this training as an opportunity to reinvigorate their knowledge and skills, strengthen their theoretical grounding, engage in cutting-edge practice, and undergo a profound spiritual renewal. Following the opening remarks, Vice Chairperson Zhang Yanhong delivered a lecture entitled “Business Etiquette for Managers” to all attendees.
