The conference honored outstanding collectives, enterprises, townships, and individuals across the prefecture for their achievements in education, talent development, and scientific and technological innovation, as well as the recipients of the first “Xishuangbanna Outstanding Talent Award.” Liu Tianwei, a National Model Worker and Chairman of the Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group, was awarded the inaugural “Xishuangbanna Outstanding Talent Award.”
