On the afternoon of January 6, 2018, Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group held a signing ceremony for the 2018 “Safety Production Target Responsibility Agreements” and “Production and Operation Target Responsibility Agreements.” The meeting was chaired by Zhang Guihong, Deputy Director of the Group’s Office, and was attended by group leaders, middle-level managers, representatives from the Group’s Office and Finance Department, as well as frontline employees.
At the signing ceremony, Liu Tianwei, Chairman of the Group Company, on behalf of the Group, signed the 2018 “Safety Production Target Responsibility Agreements” and “Production and Operation Target Responsibility Agreements” with the heads of all departments, branches, and subsidiaries under the Group. The agreements outlined the year’s safety production and production/operation objectives, refined the performance evaluation indicators, and set specific requirements for each indicator across such areas as safety production, target tasks, corporate culture development, asset management, and workforce development, thereby ensuring the smooth and orderly achievement of both safety production goals and business objectives throughout the year.
