To fully showcase the warm, positive, and professional image of Banna Petrochemical Group employees, enhance their awareness of personal branding, and equip them with simple, practical makeup techniques and skills for cultivating a polished professional appearance, the Group invited renowned senior image consultant and makeup artist Li Pingliang to conduct a unique “Beautiful Transformation” makeup training session for a select group of female employees on the morning of January 6.

In daily life and at work, each individual’s grooming, appearance, demeanor, and manner of speech and conduct collectively shape a unique personal image. Makeup not only reflects an employee’s personal spirit and outlook but, more importantly, enhances their professional qualities, capabilities, and cultural refinement through the application of makeup etiquette. This course features a special lecture by Instructor Li Pingliang. Using the creation of an everyday professional makeup look as his starting point, Instructor Li employs live demonstrations, on-site simulations, and interactive engagement with participants to provide a thorough explanation and analysis of makeup steps, techniques, product selection, and essential precautions—all while demonstrating each step in real time. His every gesture and movement exudes exceptional professional competence.

At the training session, participants eagerly shared their questions and areas of confusion, and Teacher Li generously shared her expert knowledge with them.
