At 10:00 a.m. on December 18, 2018, the grand conference celebrating the 40th anniversary of reform and opening-up was solemnly held at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.
On the morning of December 22, leaders of Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd., middle-level managers, Party members, and representatives of frontline employees gathered to watch the live broadcast of the conference, thoroughly studying the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech at the event.
At the conference, the Party Central Committee and the State Council decided to confer the title of “Pioneer of Reform” on 100 comrades, including Yu Min, and to award them the Medal of the Pioneer of Reform; they also conferred the China Reform Friendship Medal on 10 international friends, including Alain Merieux.
