To effectively strengthen the company’s fire safety management, promote fire safety knowledge, and further enhance the fire safety awareness of all employees, Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group recently invited professional firefighters to conduct a fire safety training session for our staff.

During the training, fire safety videos and PowerPoint presentations were used to thoroughly explain key topics, including how to inspect for and eliminate safety hazards, how to properly use fire-fighting equipment, how to correctly report a fire, how to extinguish incipient fires, and how to evacuate safely. By drawing on several major fire incidents that have occurred in China over recent years and showing harrowing on-site footage, the training not only strengthened all employees’ awareness of fire safety and their sense of responsibility, but also deepened their intuitive understanding of the dangers posed by fires.

Through this fire safety training, employees have further strengthened their awareness that “potential hazards are more dangerous than open flames, prevention is better than disaster relief, and responsibility is heavier than Mount Tai,” both in their work and daily lives. The company requires all employees to remain constantly vigilant, prioritize prevention, integrate prevention with firefighting, ensure that risks are nipped in the bud, and thereby create a sound fire safety environment conducive to safe production.
