Employee Representative Donations In accordance with the notice issued by the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, the donations will be used to extend condolences and support to medical personnel, grassroots cadres and residents, public security officers, community workers, and other frontline personnel engaged in the fight against the epidemic; to provide assistance to individuals facing financial hardship due to COVID-19 and to the families of those who have died from the disease; and to offer comfort to the families of cadres and residents who have sacrificed their lives in the course of epidemic prevention and control.
Since the outbreak of the epidemic, Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group has responded proactively and acted swiftly, fully assuming its primary responsibility for epidemic prevention and control. The company has ensured the reliable supply and essential services of products vital to people’s livelihoods—such as refined oil, natural gas, and liquefied petroleum gas—and has conscientiously fulfilled its corporate responsibilities in the nationwide people’s war, overall battle, and decisive campaign against the epidemic. Upholding its original aspiration and mission, the Group has adopted a multi-pronged approach to provide all-out support for the national effort to contain and control the pandemic. The company has donated 1,100 N95 masks valued at RMB 65,000 to the Xishuangbanna Infectious Diseases Hospital and 40 liters of disinfectant alcohol to the Management Committee of the Xishuangbanna Resort Area. In addition, the company has actively supported the Command Center of the Leading Group for COVID-19 Prevention and Control in Xishuangbanna Prefecture by dispatching its transport vehicles more than nine times, with a total of over 20 vehicles contributing to the transportation of emergency supplies and daily necessities for the command center.
