On the evening of August 26, the Mengla Branch of Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group organized all its employees to participate in a “Learning Wisdom from the Party” sharing session.

Before the event began, Branch Manager Piaohua brewed a pot of tea and personally served each employee a steaming cup. That simple gesture instantly put everyone at ease, encouraging them to let down their guard and speak their minds freely.

The entire sharing session revolved around four key topics: why you came here, whether your presence here was voluntary, what your intentions are in coming here (or what you hope to gain—and how much), and how you plan to move forward from here. Employees each shared their thoughts and experiences, drawing directly from their day-to-day work. Although their remarks were not delivered in flowery language, they conveyed the most sincere voices from ordinary, everyday roles.

Finally, Branch Manager Piaohua drew on the content of “Learning Wisdom from the Party” to outline the Communist Party of China’s glorious journey. Extending the lessons learned, she emphasized the Party’s three key strategies for success—united front work, armed struggle, and Party building—and offered constructive suggestions for the company’s development.
