To cultivate a professional public image for women in the workplace and to comprehensively enhance everyone’s understanding of beauty, enabling them to better showcase their charm and presence in the office, the Jinghong Branch of Yexiangquan Drinking Water held a color-makeup and styling training session on the evenings of September 3 and 4 in the Group Company’s second-floor conference room. The training was led by Xiao Xiao, chief makeup artist at Sophia Loren International Cosmetics in Jinghong City, who has previously served as the makeup artist for the TV program “Career Crossroads,” co-produced by Jiangsu Satellite TV and China Education Television, as well as for CCTV’s Spring Festival Gala. A total of more than 21 female employees from the company attended the training.

 

During the training session, Ms. Xiao Xiao drew on her many years of professional experience to provide a comprehensive guide for the company’s female employees on cultivating a polished professional image in everyday work settings and business interactions such as client visits. Her presentation covered key topics including personal skin-tone analysis, identifying different face shapes and skin conditions, facial skincare techniques, tips for selecting makeup products, and advice on choosing appropriate hairstyles and workplace makeup looks. She also offered one-on-one on-site coaching, with several colleagues stepping up to the stage as models to personally try out workplace makeup and hairstyles.

 

 

 

              

 

 

The desire to be beautiful is universal; there are no ugly women in this world, only lazy ones. A well-groomed appearance can boost one’s self-confidence. This training session effectively enhanced the female employees’ knowledge of makeup and their aesthetic awareness, with participants generally reporting substantial benefits and a deeper understanding of beauty and cosmetics.
