On the afternoon of March 13, the Sales Department of Xishuangbanna Wild Elephant Spring Drinking Water Co., Ltd. convened a study session in the Group’s second-floor conference room, during which nine department employees thoroughly studied the “Ten Key Quotes and New Concepts from the Premier’s Report” and engaged in earnest discussion. The session was chaired by Lei Guocheng, Deputy Manager of the Sales Department.

 

During the meeting, members of the Sales Department engaged in discussions centered on key phrases from the Premier’s report, such as “The greatest truths are the simplest; power must not be exercised arbitrarily,” “Environmental pollution is a major concern for people’s livelihoods and a source of public grievance,” “Reform and opening-up is the winning formula for driving development,” “Small, medium, and micro enterprises have tremendous potential,” “Made in China 2025,” and “Internet Plus.” Drawing on their daily work, they shared their insights and reflections on what they had learned.

 

Everyone unanimously agrees that sales personnel, as frontline “battle” troops, serve as the ambassadors of the company’s business philosophy and the guides who help customers make the most of our products. This multifaceted role demands that we not only outperform others but also possess a more comprehensive understanding and a deeper level of insight. In our work, sales staff must be passionate, intellectually agile, and equipped with solid sales expertise; at the same time, we must engage in broad learning, continuously acquire new knowledge, master new skills, and strive to gather information and insights across all domains to meet the demands of our roles. Only in this way can we steadily enhance our overall capabilities and professional qualities, enabling us to deliver even better results in every aspect of our work.
