To effectively strengthen the Group’s daily safety management and enhance the safety awareness, fire-prevention skills, and self-rescue capabilities of all employees, on October 29, the Jinghong Branch Office conducted a fire-safety education and equipment-use drill themed “Safe Development, Prevention First.”

This drill was led by store manager Yang Yan. Prior to the drill, Yang Yan conducted a briefing session within the store on the key training topics. The session began with an overview of the layout of fire safety equipment throughout the store, followed by an explanation of what constitutes a fire, the conditions that lead to its occurrence, and the appropriate firefighting methods to employ in the event of a fire. Finally, the session covered emergency evacuation procedures and escape strategies in the event of a fire.

Finally, a live demonstration of how to use fire extinguishers was conducted, followed by hands-on practice for all participants.

This drill not only reinforced existing employees’ knowledge of fire safety and their ability to carry out daily fire safety duties, as well as their proficiency in using fire-fighting equipment, but also provided essential supplementary training for some new employees who previously lacked the necessary fire safety knowledge.
