In the report to the 19th National Congress, General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out : Building an ecological civilization is a millennium-long strategic plan for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation. We must embrace and put into practice the philosophy that “lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets,” adhere to the fundamental national policy of conserving resources and protecting the environment, treat the ecological environment as we would life itself, steadfastly follow the path of civilized development characterized by robust production, prosperous lives, and a sound ecology, build a Beautiful China, create a favorable environment for people’s work and daily life, and contribute to global ecological security.

On the path of ecological civilization construction, Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group, in accordance with Document No. [Xizhengbanfa] In accordance with the requirements set forth in Document No. 101 of 2015, “Opinions on Implementing the Promotion of Replacing Firewood with Liquefied Petroleum Gas in Tea Production,” issued by the General Office of the Xishuangbanna Prefecture People’s Government, a leading group for the replacement of firewood with liquefied petroleum gas has been established, with the Chairman serving as the head of the group, to take specific responsibility for the implementation of the prefecture-wide project to replace firewood with liquefied petroleum gas in tea production. Following multiple rounds of research and feasibility studies, the Group has selected liquefied petroleum gas–powered drum-type fixation machines, integrated stir-frying and fixation stoves, liquefied petroleum gas–fired fixation furnaces, and gas-fired household cooking appliances as the entry points for project implementation, thereby introducing a concrete measure to advance ecological civilization construction across the entire prefecture.

So what do these four types of equipment look like, and what are their advantages?

Advantages: Low energy consumption and low cost; simple, easy-to-learn operation with computer-controlled temperature and timing; high fixation efficiency and excellent tea quality; automatic flame-out protection for enhanced safety.

Advantages: It reduces the need for dedicated personnel to tend traditional earth-fired stoves, making operation simpler and more convenient; precise temperature control enhances withering efficiency, while gentle heat retention preserves the traditional withering process; its lightweight design makes it easy to move and use flexibly, and the built-in flame-extinguishing feature ensures greater safety and reliability.

Pan-firing furnace:

Advantages: Simple retrofitting with low costs and minimal disruption to traditional practices; more convenient temperature control, simpler operation, and greater environmental friendliness.

Advantages: The flame-out protection device ensures safety, while the energy-efficient burner is more environmentally friendly; it’s easy to use and saves time, with even more comprehensive after-sales service.
