In order to earnestly implement the Group’s initiative to carry out the thematic campaign on “ideological development, organizational strengthening, and style improvement,” on the afternoon of December 10, Liu Tianwei, Chairman of the Group, together with Vice Chairwoman Zhang Yanhong and members of the Office, conducted an in-depth field visit to grassroots units to thoroughly investigate and understand the working conditions, living situations, and learning opportunities of frontline employees, with the aim of helping them resolve their difficulties and realize their aspirations as soon as possible. During the visit, Chairman Liu and Vice Chairwoman Zhang repeatedly inquired about family size, average monthly income per person, average total household income, average annual household income, health status, and any urgent challenges that required the Company’s assistance to address, while also extending their heartfelt condolences to the Yang Chao family.
