On June 14, in conjunction with the theme of the 2014 National Safety Production Month—“Strengthening Awareness of Red Lines and Promoting Safe Development”—the Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group organized a special training session on traffic safety and counter-terrorism preparedness for its employees.

This specialized study session was closely aligned with the requirements of the June Safety Production Month campaign and the current national counter-terrorism and stability-maintenance situation. The session covered accident case studies, relevant policies and regulations, preventive measures, the essential professional competencies that drivers should possess, and company internal procedures and systems.

In light of the recent terrorist attacks that have drawn widespread public attention, we have studied how to prevent such attacks.

This learning activity is part of the Banna Petrochemical Group’s “Safety Production Month” series of events for this year. In accordance with the overall event plan, the Group will also take “Safety Production Month” as an opportunity to invite officers from the Jinghong City Traffic Police Brigade to conduct specialized training on safety production and traffic safety, as well as organize a skills competition for drivers and emergency response drills. These initiatives aim to promote the sustained, stable, and healthy development of safety production at the Banna Petrochemical Group by strengthening safety awareness and fostering a robust safety culture.
