outline：On the afternoon of September 9, the Management Committee of the Xishuangbanna Tourism and Resort Zone conducted an in-depth field study at Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd., focusing on strengthening the development of grassroots service-oriented Party organizations as part of the Party’s mass-line education and practice campaign.

 

 

On the afternoon of September 9, the Management Committee of the Xishuangbanna Tourism and Resort Zone conducted an in-depth field study at Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd., focusing on strengthening the development of grassroots service-oriented Party organizations in the context of the Party’s mass-line education and practice campaign.

 

The research team successively conducted in-depth visits to various departments and branches of Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd., as well as to Party member activity rooms and employee reading rooms, to gain a detailed understanding of the development of grassroots Party organizations. The team also convened a symposium on the Party’s mass line education and practice campaign to solicit opinions and suggestions from grassroots cadres and the general public. During the symposium, Wang Jinzheng, Chairman of the Trade Union and Director of the Office of Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd., provided a comprehensive briefing to the research team on the current structure of the Party membership at the grassroots level, the training and development of grassroots Party members, the implementation of the education and practice campaign, corporate culture building, the establishment of Party member activity rooms and employee reading rooms, as well as the company’s current production and operational status.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The participants, drawing on their respective practical experiences, delivered remarks on how to effectively carry out the Party’s mass-line education and practice campaign and strengthen the building of service-oriented Party organizations. They shared their personal insights, reported on conditions at the grassroots level, exchanged work experiences, and put forward numerous valuable suggestions, approaches, and measures.

 

After hearing the briefing, the research team fully commended Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd. for its achievements in carrying out the Party’s mass-line education and practice campaign and in building service-oriented primary-level Party organizations, as well as for the progress it has made in recent years in strengthening grassroots Party organization building. The team stated that it would promptly collate, carefully analyze, and incorporate the opinions, approaches, and measures put forward by the company into its practical work, so as to further advance the development of service-oriented primary-level Party organizations and provide robust organizational support for promoting scientific, harmonious, and leapfrog development and for comprehensively building a moderately prosperous society.
