In accordance with the requirements set forth by the leadership of Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group Corporation for the company’s various departments and branch companies regarding the meticulous formulation of the five-year development plan (2014–2018) and the implementation of the “Five Determinations” in human resources—namely, job titles, job responsibilities, staffing levels, personnel assignments, and compensation structures—the Office of Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group Corporation, in collaboration with the Finance Department, recently conducted on-site research, support, and guidance at the grassroots level.
During the research mission, staff from the Group’s Office and Finance Department diligently listened to the views and suggestions of frontline employees, gained a thorough understanding of the challenges and difficulties they face in their day-to-day work, and sought to obtain an accurate and practical grasp of the current state of grassroots operations. In response to the obstacles and problems encountered in the performance of office and financial functions at the grassroots level, targeted “point-to-point” and “one-on-one” support and guidance were provided. The findings gathered during the survey will serve as a reference for the company’s phased and overarching development and management decision-making.
