With warm greetings and heartfelt wishes, Zhang Yanhong, Vice Chairperson of the Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group, accompanied by Wang Jinzheng, Chairman of the Trade Union; Xie Sujie, Deputy Manager of the Finance Department; Zhang Guihong, Deputy Director of the Office; and Chen Rui, Deputy Manager of the Safety Storage and Transportation Department, recently visited various departments, branch companies, and subsidiaries under the Group to inspect the implementation of work safety initiatives and extend condolences to frontline employees and staff facing financial hardship.

“Thank you all for your hard work. As the Spring Festival approaches, on behalf of the Group’s leadership team, I’ve come to visit and extend our heartfelt condolences and best wishes to each of you. We are deeply grateful for your dedicated efforts over the past year and wish you and your families a joyous Spring Festival!” Vice Chairwoman Zhang Yanhong conveyed her greetings and blessings to employees at every stop.

 

 

 

At the Jinghong Branch of the Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group’s Liquefied Petroleum Gas Division, Vice Chairwoman Zhang Yanhong conducted on-site inspections of the LPG cylinder storage facility, storage warehouses, offices, duty rooms, and rest areas. She inquired in detail about the allocation and stockpiling of LPG during the Spring Festival, the development of emergency response plans, holiday duty arrangements, and preparations for emergency repairs of equipment malfunctions. She also emphasized the need to thoroughly identify and eliminate potential hazards before the festival, strengthen emergency on-duty arrangements and information reporting, continuously enhance the quality of service, and ensure a safe and reliable supply of LPG to all customers during the Spring Festival period.

During a symposium with frontline employees, Vice Chairwoman Zhang Yanhong noted that in 2014 the Group achieved significant growth in production and operations, while maintaining stable safety performance throughout the year. These accomplishments were hard-earned and would not have been possible without the diligent dedication of all employees. She expressed her hope that everyone would continue to strive in 2015 to jointly enhance the Group’s business performance, ensure safe and stable operations, and continuously promote the Group’s rapid and healthy development.

 

 

　　 Subsequently, Vice Chairwoman Zhang Yanhong visited the homes of three employees facing financial hardship, presenting them with Spring Festival gifts and monetary condolences, and engaging in warm, heartfelt conversations with each of them. She carefully inquired about their living conditions, work situations, and their children’s education, encouraging them to remain steadfast in their resolve, overcome their challenges, and lead positive, proactive lives. At the same time, Vice Chairwoman Zhang Yanhong emphasized that the Group would continue to show concern for their work and daily lives, providing assistance in addressing the practical difficulties and real-life issues they encounter, and expressed her hope that they would soon emerge from their current predicament. In closing, Vice Chairwoman Zhang Yanhong shared the saying “Harmony at home brings prosperity in all endeavors” as a word of encouragement to everyone.

 

 

 

It is reported that, in order to ensure the safe operation, normal supply, and high-quality service of refined oil products, liquefied petroleum gas, drinking water, and other essential commodities during the Spring Festival, the leadership team of Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group recently dispatched inspection teams to conduct comprehensive safety audits covering areas such as production safety, fire safety, traffic safety, information security, financial security, security protection, and emergency response. At the same time, the leaders warmly visited and extended condolences to frontline employees and staff facing difficulties, conveying the best wishes of the group’s leadership and all its employees to them.
