Recently, the Trade Union of Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd. was awarded the title of “Advanced Trade Union Organization” by the Xishuangbanna Prefecture Federation of Trade Unions.

 

In recent years, under the correct leadership of the Xishuangbanna Prefecture Federation of Trade Unions, the trade union of Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd. has thoroughly implemented the Scientific Outlook on Development, closely aligned its work with the company’s annual goals and tasks, and taken proactive measures to promote scientific development, advance democratic management, provide services to employees, safeguard their rights and interests, and strengthen its own capacity-building. By uniting and mobilizing the broad workforce, the union has played a pivotal role in achieving the year’s objectives and advancing the company’s scientific development.

 

In the next phase of its work, the Trade Union of Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd. will prioritize the creation of sustainable value. Guided by the objectives set forth at the Eighth Congress of the Prefecture Federation of Trade Unions and by the Group’s core strategic goals, the Union will make it its top priority to comprehensively enhance the Group’s core competitiveness, profitability, and risk-resilience. It will remain firmly committed to the Group’s vision of becoming a leading domestic energy enterprise that is gas-centric, diversified in its development, and benchmarked against the best in the country, while uniting and leading all cadres and employees to fully play their role as the main force. The Union will deepen initiatives for joint Party–Union efforts to promote excellence and strive for outstanding performance, continuously strengthen trade union organizational development, launch and intensify the “Pool Our Strengths, Achieve Great Things” themed competition, and endeavor to ensure that both employee competence and corporate development advance in tandem. In addition, the Union will vigorously carry out the “Model Workers’ Home” initiative, working to build the Group’s trade union into a well-organized, robustly protective, dynamically active, highly effective, and trusted “workers’ home,” thereby making new and greater contributions to the comprehensive fulfillment of all 2015 targets and to the Group’s ongoing efforts to grow stronger and better.
