The trade union of Banna Petrochemical Group was established in December 1993. It is a mass organization of the working class that the employees of the company voluntarily combine. Now has more than 600 members, under the trade union committee, the female workers committee, the funds review committee.

Over the years, we have taken advantage of the extensive contact between trade union organizations and the masses, persisted in serving employees and the front line of production, and worked hard to perform the four functions of trade unions: "maintenance", "construction", "participation" and "education. It has been awarded the honorable title of "Home of Outstanding Workers" by the state, province and city for many times.

Trade unions take the Constitution as the fundamental criterion for their activities, carry out their work independently in accordance with the the People's Republic of China Trade Union Law and the Constitution of the Chinese Trade Union, and exercise their rights and perform their obligations in accordance with the law. The trade union fully performs four functions, expressing and safeguarding the specific interests and democratic political rights of the employees while safeguarding the overall interests of the employees; mobilizing and organizing the employees to actively participate in the construction and development of the company, and actively carrying out activities around the company's production, operation, management and service center work; representing and organizing the employees to participate in the democratic management of the company; educating the employees to continuously improve their ideological and moral quality and scientific and cultural quality, build a staff with ideals, ethics, culture and discipline.
