On May 11, the Organization Department of Xishuangbanna State Party Committee and the Management Committee of Xishuangbanna Tourism Resort went deep into Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd. to investigate the grassroots party building work.

During the investigation, the leaders of the research team, accompanied by Wang Jinzheng, chairman of the Banna Petrochemical Group Trade Union, visited the group company's customer service center, corporate culture corridor construction, employee bookstore, and party member activity room, and organized a symposium with Xishuangbanna Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd. Party members discussed in detail the composition of party members, the working mechanism of party building, and the implementation of party member activities, and jointly discussed measures and methods to strengthen the construction of grassroots organization.

The research team fully affirmed the achievements of the party building work of Banna Petrochemical Group. It has given full play to the role of grassroots party organizations as a battle fortress and the vanguard and exemplary role of party members to promote the advancement of various tasks.
